Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payments

  • Zooks offers Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options.

  • For prepaid orders, payment must be completed before dispatch.

  • Orders will only be shipped after successful order confirmation.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to origin.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
